Twende Mbele

Twende Mbele is a peer-learning programme of African governments who use M&E to increase their performance. The programme is represented by 4 partner countries in Benin, Uganda, South Africa and more recently Ghana. Non country partners include CLEAR-AA and IDEV in the AfDB.
