CLEAR-AA and APNODE (African Parliamentarians' Network on Development Evaluation)

APNODE’s promotes evidence-based decision-making among parliamentarians and encourages the institutionalization of evaluations. CLEAR-AA is an academic centre working with various actors to strengthen the generation and use of evaluation in evidence-based policy making.
