The principal objective of this paper is to demonstrate how an organization based in West Africa analyzes the result of a short course amongst participants at the end of events. The organization assesses various short course programs using Kirkpatrick’s four level of learning evaluation model: reaction, learning, behavior and results. The program incorporates various mechanisms for assessing short course relevance, effectiveness and content-based learning outcomes both for training participants and training provider partner institutions.
