Biografia curta :A Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with 14 years in the field, and over 25 years’ experience in international development and environmental management, Valerie has undertaken evaluations for UNDP, UNEP, UNESCO, Caribbean Development Bank, UK AID and the European Union.
