This webinar will discuss our recent work in India on evaluating large-scale teacher development projects. Over time, we have refined our tools and approach to classroom observation as a method for measuring improvement in teachers' skills. There have been various challenges which we have sought to overcome - lessons learned and solutions will be discussed. This session will adopt an interactive approach and will be of interest to anyone working on interventions to improve teaching and learning and/or the evaluation of teacher practice.
