Detalhes do Evento 0 of Independent Development Evaluation (IDEV) at the African Development Bank (AfDB)

The Most Significant Change (MSC) technique is a systematic, transparent and participatory method of collecting and analyzing qualitative information about change – obtained via individual interviews, and then subject to selection by different stakeholder groups. Dr. Rick Davies developed this qualitative M&E technique in the 1990s and since then it has acquired wide applicability, and adaptations in the evaluation discipline. This webinar aims to examine the use of the MSC technique by taking the evaluation of the AfDB’s decentralization strategy and process as an illustrative case.
