In 2000 United Republic of Tanzania and Revolutionary government of Zanzibar decided to formulate development plan for long term, Since 2000 up to date is about 19 years we hope that many community development projects implemented in sector of Education, Health,Infrastructures,communications, science and technology,water,Transport,Agriculture,Taxation and other sector, although of implemented of this projects community have no feedback, we want to evaluate the progress of the Tanzania and Zanzibar plans.
