Essential capacities for young and emerging evaluators in a changing environment
This will be a panel discussions on the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary for young and emerging evaluators (YEEs) to build a career in evaluation . Perspectives will be provided by a longtime trainer and practitioner in evaluation, and members of the Eval Youth group who will describe how the group has supported the development of YEEs , the lessons learned since the start of the Eval Youth movement, and what is needed for new entrants to the field to cope, contribute and excel in the field in a post COVID era.
