Monitoring and Evaluation Practices at Friends of the Nation
This session is basically meant to share the Monitoring and Evaluation tools Friends of the Nation leverage for projects/programmes execution. The Result-Based Management approach is going to be succinctly discussed for the benefit of participants. Modern-day monitoring and evaluation are now heavily reliant on a data-driven approach. Friends of the Nation will also share more light on how these approaches serve as an engine (agile) meeting the requirements of donors and other interested stakeholders.

Short Biography :Abdullai Abdul-Shatar is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer for the ReDIAL project at Friends of the Nation, Western Region. He had a BA Degree in Economics and Entrepreneurial Development from the University for Development Studies (UDS-Wa) with over 10 years of working experience.
